职位描述:
1. Greet the guest and fellow team members in a warm way, try best to answer inquiry and provide help whenever and wherever encounter them in the hotel, own the problems and take initiative to follow up accordingly, regardless of positions and levels.

2. To be fully in charge of the setup of the function room as per the Event order.
全权负责宴会房间的布置是否依照宴会单
3. To coordinate with the kitchen prior to serving of food.
随时都要跟厨房沟通出菜时间
4. To give an accurate number of guests to the Chef before Event starts and always remember to double check the number of guests.
在宴会开始之前给厨房精确的人数,并再一次确认客人人数。

6. To work closely with his superiors to ensure the service flow is smooth

7. To see that all waiters report to work on time and are neatly dressed.

9. To see that condiments are available, such as mustard, horseradish, etc.

11. To check that after each function, the room and banqueting area is cleared of equipment.

12. To check that all sound and lighting equipment is in working order for a function.

13. To always attend to and handle customers comments regardless of how small or unimportant the matter seems to be.

14. To ensure that utensils are not wrongly used or that any equipment is misused.
